TRX-pass

Idag var det TRX-pass på schemat. Trx är band fästa i taket (eller på ställning eller liknande) och man tränar med hjälp av dessa och sin egen kroppsvikt. För det mesta är det 6 olika stationer (varav 4 med trx-band) och uppbygt som cirkelträning! Jag tränar på sportlife där de har trx-pass 4 ggr/vecka och 2 av dessa pass är Christoffer (min sambo) som är instruktör. Till en början va jag jäkligt skeptisk till trx men jag fick allt så jag teg. Det suger rejält i musklerna både under passet och efter. Idag hade Christoffer fokus på ben & mage (vilket känns sådär eftersom jag ska på 30 min cykel + 30 min cx imorgon bitti).

Svettiga efter crosstrainer 38 min (jag) och gym-pass fokus bröst + triceps (Stoffe)

men sjutton så taggade på nästa pass!

Lår-curl, känner någon slags hatkärlek till denna övning! Grymt bra men ack
